Construction continues at the Elmira Civil War Prison Camp.
The project was delayed back in May when a storm caused the new visitor center to partially collapse.
The Friends of the Elmira Civil War Prison Camp are hoping to have he new visitor center completed by next summer.
The project will also include a new memorial garden.
