An Elmira man is facing charges for his alleged involvement in a fatal shooting in Erie County last year.
According to the Erie County District Attorney’s Office, 19-year-old Amir Williams has been charged with two counts of second degree murder, one count of first degree robbery, one count of second degree criminal possession of a weapon and one count of tampering with physical evidence.
Williams is accused of being a participant in the fatal shooting along with co-defendant Jamere Davis from Tonawanda.
Buffalo Police found a 47-year-old man dead in his home on Sept. 30, 2025.
Williams and Davis would face a maximum sentence of 25 years to life in prison if convicted.
